DIP POWDER MANICURE

How to Perform a SUPREME Dip Powder Manicure

This method was created with home users and beginners in mind. Fewer liquid and powder products mean fewer steps when building the manicure. With this method, the nail is built directly using the selected SUPREME Color Powder.

  1. Push back the cuticles, work around them with an e-file and trim if necessary.
  2. Mattify the nail plate with a buffer block and shape the nail as desired.
  3. Apply Gel Supreme to 1/2 of the nail plate and dip into SUPREME Color Powder.
  4. Before applying each next layer of Gel Supreme, remove excess powder using a brush.
  5. Apply the second layer of Gel Supreme to 3/4 of the nail plate and dip into SUPREME Color Powder.
  6. Apply the third layer of Gel Supreme up to the cuticle area and over the entire nail, then dip into SUPREME Color Powder.
TIP: If the nails require additional structure, apply another layer of Gel Supreme and powder.
  1. Gently file and/or mattify the entire surface with a buffer block to even out the nail plate.
REMEMBER: Gel Supreme applied at the end as a “Top” only adds shine. The surface should already be smooth and even at this stage.
  1. Wash hands using water only to remove any remaining powder particles.
  2. Dry the nails with a dry lint-free wipe.
  3. Pour Shine Formula onto a lint-free wipe and thoroughly wipe each nail.
TIP: Wait a moment so that all nails have time to harden.
  1. Finish with two layers of Gel Supreme to protect the manicure.
REMEMBER: The first layer should be very thin and applied quickly. Apply the second layer only after the first has absorbed, working carefully and close to the cuticle area.
  1. Once the final Gel Supreme layer has dried and created a glossy finish, apply cuticle oil.

Can PRO Builder Powder Be Used with the SUPREME Method?

If you would like to build the nail in the SUPREME method using a dedicated Builder Powder rather than a Color Powder, you can use PRO Builder Powder.

In this case, you will also need Quick Dry, which allows the PRO product to harden correctly within the manicure.

  1. Push back the cuticles, work around them with an e-file and trim if necessary.
  2. Mattify the nail plate with a buffer block and shape the nail using a file.
  3. Apply Gel Supreme to 1/3 of the nail plate and dip into PRO Builder Powder.
  4. Before applying each next layer of Gel Supreme, remove excess powder from the nails using a brush.
  5. Apply Gel Supreme to 2/3 of the nail plate and dip into PRO Builder Powder.
  6. Apply Quick Dry to the entire area covered with Builder Powder.
  7. File and smooth the entire surface using a buffer block.
  8. Remove dust using a brush.
  9. Apply Gel Supreme over the entire nail plate, up to the cuticle area, and dip into SUPREME Color Powder.
  10. Apply another layer of Gel Supreme over the entire nail plate and dip into SUPREME Color Powder.
  11. Apply Gel Supreme over the entire nail plate and dip into Builder Powder. Wait approximately 2 minutes.
  12. Apply Quick Dry over the entire nail plate and wait approximately 2 minutes.
  13. Gently file or mattify the entire surface with a buffer block to even everything out.
  14. Wash hands using water only to remove any remaining particles.
  15. Dry the nails using a lint-free wipe.
  16. Apply Shine Formula to a lint-free wipe and wipe all nails thoroughly.
  17. Finish with two very thin layers of Gel Supreme. The first layer should be applied quickly, in approximately two strokes. Apply the second layer only after the first has absorbed and become matte.
  18. Once Gel Supreme has dried completely, apply cuticle oil.

Can PRO Color Powder Be Used with the SUPREME Method?

If you have purchased a SUPREME Starter Kit but would like to use a PRO Color Powder, you can do so. You will additionally need the PRO activator — Quick Dry.

SUPREME Powders are fast-drying and already contain the activator, which is why they do not require this additional step.

PRO Powders — both Color Powders and Builder Powders — require Quick Dry to harden correctly. Without the activator, they may remain soft and roll during filing.

Gel Supreme can be used as the Base. After dipping the nails into PRO Color Powder the required number of times, the entire surface must be covered with Quick Dry. Only then should the nails be filed and prepared for finishing with Gel Supreme.

IMPORTANT! When working with Gel Supreme + PRO Color Powder + Quick Dry, do not use Shine Formula.
  1. Push back the cuticles, work around them with an e-file and trim if necessary.
  2. Mattify the nail plate with a buffer block and shape the nail.
  3. Apply Gel Supreme to 1/2 of the nail plate and dip into PRO Color Powder.
  4. Before each next layer of Gel Supreme, remove excess powder using a brush.
  5. Apply the second layer of Gel Supreme to 3/4 of the nail plate and dip into PRO Color Powder.
  6. Apply the third layer of Gel Supreme up to the cuticle area and over the entire nail, then dip into PRO Color Powder.
TIP: If the nails require additional structure, apply another layer of Gel Supreme and PRO Color Powder.
  1. Apply Quick Dry thoroughly over the entire area covered with Color Powder.
  2. Wait until the dip powder product becomes completely hard, approximately 60 seconds.
  3. Gently file and/or mattify the entire surface with a buffer block to even out the nail plate.
REMEMBER: Gel Supreme used at the end as a “Top” only provides shine. The surface should already be even before this stage.
  1. Wash hands using water only to remove remaining powder particles.
  2. Dry the nails with a dry lint-free wipe.
  3. Apply Quick Dry again to each nail.
TIP: After approximately 60 seconds, the nails can be wiped with a lint-free wipe to remove excess activator and help prevent the Gel Supreme brush from hardening.
  1. Finish with two layers of Gel Supreme to create a glossy finish.
REMEMBER: The first layer of Gel Supreme should be very thin and applied quickly. Apply the second layer only once the first has absorbed. The second layer can be applied more carefully and precisely close to the cuticle area.
IMPORTANT: To prevent the Gel Supreme brush from hardening, always wipe it on a lint-free wipe before placing it back into the bottle after contact with the nail plate.
  1. Once the final Gel Supreme layer has dried and created a glossy finish, apply cuticle oil.

GEL POLISH MANICURE

How to Perform a Gel Polish Manicure

This method is intended for users of gel polish products who have a UV/LED lamp. The process is suitable for both professionals and beginners.

  1. Wash and disinfect your hands.
  2. Mattify the nail plate and shape the nail using a file.
  3. Push back the cuticles, work around them with an e-file and trim if necessary.
  4. Remove dust from the nail plate and degrease it.
  5. Infinity Base does not require the use of a primer. If you are using another Base or have a problematic nail plate, apply No Acid Primer in a thin layer, avoiding contact with the cuticles.
  6. Allow the Primer to evaporate for approximately 30 seconds.
  7. Apply a thin layer of your selected Base to protect and even out the nail plate and improve manicure durability.
TIP: If needed, build the nail shape by applying additional Base in areas requiring reinforcement.
  1. Apply two thin layers of your selected LART color. Cure each layer in a UV/LED lamp for 30 seconds. Black and white shades should be cured for 60 seconds.
  2. Difficult shades such as pastels or neons may require a third layer.
REMEMBER: Cure the thumb separately.
  1. Apply a thin layer of your selected Top to provide gloss, matte finish or a decorative effect and protect the manicure.
RECOMMENDED: Infinity Base + Infinity Top create a durable gel polish system.
  1. Wait 30 seconds and wipe the nails with Cleaner.
  2. Apply cuticle oil.
