RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

Withdrawal from the Contract

If:

A) you are a consumer,
or
B) you are a natural person and the contract you entered into with us after December 31, 2020, is directly related to your business activity but not of a professional nature for you –

you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract.

You may withdraw from the contract by submitting a statement of withdrawal, for example via email to:

Please return the item to us immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the day you withdrew from the contract, to the following address:
ul. Rolnicza 38E, 34-300 Żywiec

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.

The 14-day withdrawal period starts:

  • for a contract where we deliver a product and are obligated to transfer its ownership – from the moment you or a third party (other than the carrier) takes possession of the item;

  • for a contract involving multiple items delivered separately or in parts – from taking possession of the last item or part;

  • for digital content – from the day the contract is concluded.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal statement before the 14-day period expires.

We will refund your payment, including the cost of delivery (according to the terms specified in our Sales Regulations), immediately and no later than 14 days from receiving your withdrawal statement.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned product or until you provide proof of its return – whichever happens first.

Please note that the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply in cases such as:

  • personalized or custom-made items;

  • items that deteriorate quickly or have a short shelf life;

  • sealed items which, for health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once opened;

  • sealed audio/video recordings or software once opened;

  • digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, if performance began with your express consent before the withdrawal deadline and you were informed of the loss of your right to withdraw.

Complaints

If the goods you purchased are defective, you have the right to make a complaint under the warranty.

The complaint should preferably be submitted via email to:

Please send the defective product to the same address:
ul. Rolnicza 38E, 34-300 Żywiec

In case of a defect, you may request:

  • replacement of the item with a defect-free one,

  • repair of the defect,
    or submit a statement requesting:

  • a price reduction,

  • or withdrawal from the contract – if the defect is significant.

We are liable for defects discovered within two years from the date of delivery, in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.

Your complaint will be processed and responded to within 14 days of receipt.
