RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
Withdrawal from the Contract
If:
A) you are a consumer
or
B) you are an individual, and the contract you entered into with us after December 31, 2020, is directly related to your business activity but is not of a professional nature for you
- as a rule, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract.
You can withdraw from the contract by submitting a statement of withdrawal, for example, via an email sent to: zamowienia@lartnails.com
Return the item to us immediately at the address: ul. Górska 6, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała, but no later than 14 days from the day you withdrew from the contract.
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
The fourteen-day period for withdrawal from the contract begins:
For a contract in which we deliver an item, being obliged to transfer its ownership - from taking possession of the item by you or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, and in the case of a contract that includes multiple items delivered separately, in batches, or in parts - from taking possession of the last item, batch, or part by you or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier; For digital content - from the day the contract is concluded. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before its expiration.
We will refund your payments, including the cost of delivering the goods on the terms indicated in the regulations, immediately, but no later than 14 days from the day we receive your statement of withdrawal from the contract.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the item back or you provide proof of its return, whichever occurs first.
Remember that the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to contracts:
where the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item produced according to your specifications or serving to meet your individualized needs; where the subject of the service is an item that deteriorates quickly or has a short shelf life; where the subject of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package that cannot be returned after opening the package due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the package was opened after delivery; where the subject of the service are sound or visual recordings or computer software delivered in a sealed package, if the package was opened after delivery; for the delivery of digital content that is not recorded on a tangible medium, if the performance began with your explicit consent before the withdrawal period and after we have informed you about the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract. Complaints
If the goods purchased from us prove to be defective, you have the right to file a complaint based on the warranty. The complaint should preferably be submitted via email to: zamowienia@lartnails.com or by post to the address ul. Górska 6, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała.
Defective goods should be sent to the address: ul. Górska 6, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała.
In connection with the defect, you may request:
replacement of the item with one free of defects, removal of the defect, or submit a statement about:
a price reduction, withdrawal from the contract - in case of a significant defect. We are liable to you for defects found before the expiry of two years from the date of delivery - on the terms specified in the Civil Code.
Your complaint will be considered (responded to) within 14 days from the date we receive your complaint submission.
